Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the AImyOrg platform ("Service") operated by AImyOrg ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using the AImyOrg platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

2. Service Description

AImyOrg is an enterprise AI agent management platform that enables organizations to:

• Deploy and manage AI-powered agents across departments and teams
• Automate task routing, execution, and approval workflows
• Build and maintain organizational knowledge bases for AI agent consumption
• Monitor agent performance, costs, and operational metrics in real-time
• Integrate with third-party tools and services through our integration framework
• Manage multi-agent orchestration and complex workflow automation

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any feature of the Service at any time, with reasonable notice to active subscribers.

3. Enterprise Accounts and Multi-Tenancy

AImyOrg operates on a multi-tenant architecture where each enterprise account is logically isolated:

• Enterprise Accounts: Each organization receives a dedicated tenant environment with its own data, configurations, and access controls
• Administrator Roles: Enterprise administrators are responsible for managing users, agents, and organizational settings within their tenant
• Data Isolation: Your enterprise data is strictly separated from other tenants. No cross-tenant data access is permitted
• User Management: Enterprise administrators control user invitations, role assignments, and access permissions within their organization

4. User Responsibilities

As a user of AImyOrg, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration and maintain updated account details
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and immediately notify us of any unauthorized access
• Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts, tenant environments, or our infrastructure
• Not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
• Not use the Service to generate, store, or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights
• Comply with all usage limits and fair use policies associated with your subscription plan
• Ensure that all users within your enterprise account comply with these Terms

5. AI Agent Usage and Limitations

When using AI agents through the AImyOrg platform, you acknowledge and agree that:

• AI Output Accuracy: AI agents generate responses and perform actions based on probabilistic models. Outputs may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate. You are responsible for reviewing and validating AI-generated content before relying on it for business decisions
• Human Oversight: AI agents are designed to augment human capabilities, not replace human judgment. Critical decisions should always involve human review through our approval workflow features
• Usage Limits: AI agent usage is subject to the limits of your subscription plan, including the number of agents, tasks, and API calls per billing period
• Prohibited Uses: You must not use AI agents to generate content that is discriminatory, harmful, misleading, or violates applicable laws. AI agents must not be used for surveillance, unauthorized data collection, or any purpose that infringes on individual privacy rights
• Training Data: Your enterprise data processed by AI agents is not used to train or improve our underlying AI models. See our Privacy Policy for details

6. Intellectual Property

The AImyOrg platform, including its design, features, documentation, and underlying technology, is the intellectual property of AImyOrg and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

• We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for the duration of your subscription
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service or its underlying software
• All trademarks, logos, and brand elements displayed on the platform are the property of AImyOrg or their respective owners
• Feedback, suggestions, or feature requests you submit may be used by us to improve the Service without obligation to you

7. Data Ownership

• You retain all rights, title, and interest in your enterprise data, including AI agent configurations, knowledge base content, task histories, and workflow definitions
• You grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you
• Upon termination of your account, you may export your data in standard formats. After the export period, your data will be permanently deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy
• We will not access your enterprise data except as necessary to provide the Service, respond to support requests (with your permission), or comply with legal obligations

8. Service Availability and SLA

We strive to maintain high availability of the AImyOrg platform:

• Uptime Target: We target 99.9% uptime for Professional and Enterprise plans, measured on a monthly basis
• Scheduled Maintenance: We will provide at least 48 hours' notice before planned maintenance windows, which are typically scheduled during off-peak hours
• Incident Response: Critical issues are addressed within 1 hour for Enterprise plans and 4 hours for Professional plans
• Service Credits: Enterprise plan customers may be eligible for service credits if uptime falls below the guaranteed threshold, as specified in their service agreement

The Starter (free) plan is provided on a best-effort basis without uptime guarantees.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• AImyOrg shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Our total liability for any claims arising from the use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim
• We are not liable for any losses resulting from AI agent outputs, decisions made based on AI-generated content, or interruptions in AI processing services
• We are not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or appropriateness of content generated by AI agents based on your inputs and configurations

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement under the following conditions:

• By You: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period
• By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in abusive or fraudulent activity, or fail to pay applicable fees after reasonable notice
• Data Export: Upon termination, you will have 30 days to export your enterprise data. After this period, your data will be permanently deleted
• Survival: Provisions relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, data ownership, and dispute resolution shall survive termination

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Service, business practices, or applicable laws. We will notify you of material changes at least 30 days before they take effect by sending a notice to the email address associated with your account or by displaying a prominent notice within the platform.

Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service and close your account.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, unless you are eligible for and choose to file a claim in small claims court.
